Pineapple Foundation Paper Pieceing

October 7th

Join instructor Sue Justice for a fun and engaging class on Pineapple Paper Piecing, one of quilting’s most striking and classic designs. The Pineapple block is known for its radiating geometric pattern that adds depth, movement, and visual interest to any quilt.

In this hands-on class, Sue will guide you step-by-step through the foundation paper piecing technique, ensuring crisp seams and precise points every time. You’ll learn tips for fabric placement, trimming, and managing paper templates, making the process both approachable and rewarding. By the end of the session, you’ll have a completed block and the confidence to continue building more at home.

 Pajama Bottoms

October 9th & 10th

Start your sewing journey with a fun and practical project in the Pajama Bottoms Beginner Sewing Class taught by Pat McKinnon. Pajama bottoms are one of the easiest garments to sew, making them the perfect introduction to garment construction.

Pat will guide you step by step through the process of:

• Reading and understanding a simple sewing pattern

• Taking accurate measurements and choosing the right size

• Cutting fabric and preparing pieces for assembly

• Sewing seams, inserting elastic waistbands, and finishing edges

By the end of class, you’ll have a completed pair of pajama bottoms to take home, plus the confidence to keep sewing more on your own. This is a relaxed, supportive class designed for true beginners—no prior garment sewing experience required.

All you need to bring is your enthusiasm to learn (and maybe some fabric that makes you smile)!

Christmas Tree Folded Napkin

Get into the holiday spirit with our Christmas Tree Folded Napkin class! In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll take just two fat quarters and transform them into two beautiful Christmas tree–shaped napkins. Unlock the art of precision quilting with our Ruler Quilting on a Domestic Sewing Machine class! Dec La Table - Bargello Table Runner

Join Lynn Wacaser for an exciting journey into the art of Bargello quilting, where color and design come together to create breathtaking results. In this class, you’ll make a Bargello Table Runner—a striking project that transforms basic strip piecing into flowing patterns that look intricate but are surprisingly fun to sew.
