What brand of sewing machines do you carry?

We carry Pfaff and Husqvarna Viking machines.

Do you offer machine cleaning and repair services?

Yes, we do!

What types of machines do you service and repair?

We are certified to clean and repair Pfaff and Husqvarna Viking sewing machines and sergers. We also work on other sewing machine brands, assuming they are not covered by a warranty that would be voided as a result.

Return Policy

Can I return books that I have purchased?

We do not allow returns on books because of the nature of the copyright material.

Can I return cut fabric?

We accept returns, within 14 days, for unopened pre cuts, fat quarters, and panels. We do not accept returns for fabric that has been cut from the bolt.

Can I return a sewing machine I have bought?

All our machines are able to be tested in the store by the purchaser, and the manufacturer has a 1 year warranty on the machine, so we do not accept returns on machines.

How can I see what classes your store offers this month?

Select Classes from the menu bar toward the top of the home page to look at all the classes that are currently available.

How can I sign up for a class?

What supplies are need for each class?

A list of requirements is available for each class on the sign up page, or you may get a print out of the requirements in the store. Come by the store and we will help you gather necessary supplies.
